Coil Holders, Welder Noses & Impeders

All of our coil holders and welder noses are made using electrical grade copper and soldered with highly conductive silver solder. The clamp studs are installed using a special procedure that prevents the stud from pulling out of the copper plate.

This coil holder is made with electrical grade copper plate and leads. It is coated with high temperature epoxy powder coat. Included with a new coil holder set are the right and left sides of the coil holder, two copper clamps, two stainless steel washers and nuts, two Teflon™ washers, two Teflon™ nuts, two nylon screws, and one piece of Teflon™ fitted, drilled and mounted between the plates of the coil holder. All units are fully assembled. Any Length and Width can be produced. Lead times are usually 1-3 days on new sets.

Brass clamps, Teflon™ inserts and Teflon™ hardware sets can also be purchased separately at any time

Replacement hardware set include, two nylon screws, two Teflon™ washers and two Teflon™ nuts

Epoxy Glass is a high temperature epoxy\fiberglass case made to the NEMA standard of G-11, color is tan to light green.

Silicone Glass is a very high temperature silicone\fiberglass case made to the NEMA standard of G-7, color is white to off white.

 Magnetic Glass is a high temperature epoxy\fiberglass case impregnated with ferrite to improve welder performance, the color of this case is black.
